There's a lot more to becoming a competent doctor than completing medical school. The careers team supports the HKMSA members, and sometimes non-members, in careers training and development through events. We also invest in the HKMSA committee to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

Our goals are

• To enrich our members’ experience in Australia by facilitating and coordinating education and networking events to improve the learning outcomes of every member.

• To develop collaborative partnership with other medical organizations such as the Medical Licentiate Society of Hong Kong, International Students’ Network, Hong Kong Medical Society of United Kingdom etc

For instance, in July 2020, we successfully organized four webinars for Career's month to provide medical students and doctors with insight into the working environment and opportunities in Hong Kong as well as around the world.
